Abstract

In this paper we study the arithmetic properties of the ternary quadratic form $3 x 2 + 6 y 2 + 14 z 2 + 4 y z + 2 z x + 2 x y$ . This is the ternary quadratic form of least discriminant, which is conjectured, but has not been proven to be regular.
